| How the 'Bucket of Minutes' Plan Works You pay a flat rate for a monthly 'bucket of minutes'. Effective rates are 5.9¢ per minute or less depending on the bucket size. Additional minutes used beyond your chosen monthly bucket size are billed at 7.9¢ until the new month begins.
