The Conference Group is pleased to offer a FREE "On Demand" scheduling plug-in for Outlook. Once this feature is downloaded, a Reservationless Conference Request button will appear on the conference leader's Outlook toolbar. By simply clicking on the button and selecting the conference participants from the contacts list, the leader can send an Outlook event to the participants, which will auto-populate all conference access instructions. This can be used for audio conferences, web conferences, or combined web with audio events.

Only 6.9 cents per minute:
Standard Toll-Free Rate plan billed by the minute per participant in
the call. You only pay for the time each participant is on the call.
So you need only occasional conferences for your smaller groups.
